Live Arrival Guaranteed

Buyer must ensure someone to accept your packages on the Fedex first delivery attempt. Otherwise, Live Arrival Guaranteed policy will be voided. In case of DOA, Buyer must file any DOA clams via e-mail within 6 hrs after the receipt of live goods package, and clear photos of the actual specimen required. Once the claim is honoured, Sea U Marine will only replace or credit the DOA items without shipping cost towards the buyer's next purchase. Buyers agree not to hold Sea U Marine responsible for losses due to negligence or delays by Fedex and Airlines used.
